Don Icard Property Manager and Leasing Don is responsible for leasing of available space in all centers. He has built relationships with our existing tenants that now refer potential tenants directly to him. He also provides our tenants immediate accessibility if they have a problem at the centers. Brad Gaspard Construction Manager Brad Gaspard has been involved with various phases of the construction business for the past 15 years, with experience ranging from landscape contracting to site planning and development, and construction of residential, commercial and casino properties.
